The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
There will be some points to consider when refunding your order from our store.
Payment
All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption.
These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/purchase details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
You can refund the purchased product in the following cases.
- There is a major defect with the file you received.
- The file you received is not complete or missing some chapters.
- We offer refunds for duplicate orders that were made by accident.
In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
You CAN NOT request a refund in the following cases.
- You have previously returned a book from eBookBundl.
- Request a refund for multiple items.
Accepted Refund’s Request
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to be returned depending on your bank’s or your credit card issuer’s policy.
Abuse of Return Policy
eBookBundl.com reserves the right to reject and refuse to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
